The CommzGate@SG Direct-to-Telco™ SMS Network is powered by a cluster of inter-connected servers that are linked to each of the Mobile Operators in Singapore via secured direct-link connections.
These connections allows CommzGate@SG users to send and receive SMS messages directly via each Mobile Operator’s SMSC systems.
SMS Messages are sent and received via 5-digit port numbers (eg. 76767, 73333), versus a conventional 8-digit number that you see when using a standard consumer mobile phone.

Every SMS Accounted For
Because we access SingTel, M1 and Starhub's SMS network directly and we have an support arrangement with them, each message you send will be accounted for and no message will go missing. If a message fails to deliver or arrives late, we will work with the respective Mobile Operator to trace the problem.
SMS Shortcodes, Number Masking and more
Only with a setup like ours will you be able to make use of 5-digit SMS Shortcodes such as 73333. Shortcodes are great for running SMS Campaigns involving print or TV advertisements
